Hi Everyone, I’m Lisa Marie!
As a former model and aspiring fashion designer, I never stray far from my roots. I was born on the tropical island of Jamaica – a captivating atmosphere I happily called home for many years. Then, in 2016, I moved to the United Kingdom to start a new journey with the love of my life.
Four years later, my husband and I welcomed our wonderful son into the world – an undeniable blessing. Interestingly, the significant marker of November 2020 is where we’ll dive deeper into my story. Let me take you back to the moments that transformed my life forever.
At a time when I felt lost in a world that didn’t feel like home, my business, L’Marie Vita, was born. Another shining light in this sea of darkness was the birth of my beautiful baby boy in January of the following year. Then, not even a few weeks later, my beloved Dad passed away.
As you can imagine, my emotions were all over the place and my brain was playing mental gymnastics. Through encouragement from my family and friends, I started my YouTube channel as a productive way to nurture my grief and thrive within my passion – fashion!
This new venture not only filled the gap but also completely changed my life. I started posting empowering content twice a week. Fashion, lifestyle… you name it!
Sharing my life experiences with the world took me back to my modeling days when I would grace catwalks locally and internationally. My modeling career started in Jamaica at the age of seventeen and sparked my passion for fashion.
To this day, I still enhance, modify, and alter garments to suit my unique taste. I did not know it then, but this was the beginning of my fashion designer journey that is soaring to new heights as we speak.

You feel your best self when health is a priority. This priority has elevated my physical and mental well-being to new levels. Let’s be real with each other. I still experience times of lower motivation where exercise is the last thing on my mind. It happens to all of us. You’re not alone!

Ah yes, my bread and butter!
Food is my fuel and making mouth-watering meals is my passion. From traditional Jamaican cuisine to various world cuisines, my healthy recipes are packed with traditional flavour. My most delicious recipes are healthy foods from incredible countries like Britain, Italy, and many more.
Motherhood
To my joy, I was born into a large, loving family. From as early as I can remember, I knew I wanted children when the time was right. Fast forward to my early twenties where I placed a major focus on discovering myself and living life to the fullest.
Deep down, I knew I wasn’t opposed to finding love and getting married in my thirties. I embraced my unique path in life and that led me to my incredible husband. Together, we decided to conceive and although they don’t run in my family, interestingly enough, I prayed for twins!
We welcomed little Matteo into the world in January of 2020.
This was truly the most magical day of my life!
